I’m Maud, a Product Design Leader shaping systems, product foundations & AI experiences.
I work at the intersection of design leadership, product strategy, and systems thinking, helping complex products evolve without losing coherence.
Over the past years, I’ve led large-scale design transformations across Design Systems, navigation, rebranding, accessibility, and AI-powered experiences. My role often sits between defining the direction, shaping the experience, and building the foundations that allow teams to scale it.
I work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, from early exploration and interaction models to prototyping, critique, and implementation. I also mentor designers and help teams navigate complex product decisions with greater clarity and consistency.
More recently, I’ve been focusing on AI experience design, defining interaction frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic experiences, and exploring how AI reshapes not only interfaces, but products and systems themselves.
I believe strong systems make change possible.
For me, systems are not just components or guidelines. They are a way to create leverage, aligning teams, reducing unnecessary decisions, and making quality easier to scale.
That approach has helped me transform a Design System into a shared product foundation, grow its adoption by ~40×, and support major shifts in brand, product architecture, and interaction models.
Today, my work spans design leadership, product strategy, Design Systems, platform thinking, AI experience design, and mentorship with the same goal: creating the conditions for better products and better design decisions at scale.
